• Thoroughly screen successful tenants including reference checks;
• Prepare tenancy agreements and bonds, and carry out initial inspection
• Collect the rent, pay you monthly and send statements.
• Provide you with instant online access to your account with personal landlord log in.
  
• Monitor rent payments and manage any arrears.
  
• Issue notices when Tenancy Agreement is breached.
  
• Represent you at Tenancy Tribunal proceedings.
  
• Resolve disputes and insurance claims.
  
• Pay all authorised expenses.
  
• Carry out quarterly inspections and report back to you - All inspection reports are detailed and include photos.
  

We also offer a casual letting service to landlords at a fee of one weeks rent plus GST, where we will:

Please note: if you require a credit check to be carried out, our fee for this is $35 plus GST per credit check.
