“We have been using Bay Rentals to manage our property in Papamoa since 2012 and must say we have found them extremely professional to deal with. We live in Auckland so it is important to us that we have someone who can handle any situations that may arise, as soon as humanly possible.
Unfortunately when we got our first tenants in, we had a number of issues within the property (had not been tenanted for 6 months) and Jane and the team were on to them in a flash and had everything sorted for us. Right through the whole process Jane has maintained contact and has sorted everything after gaining my approval.
Bay Rentals also appear to have a robust screening process as we had a couple of potential tenants who were discounted at the last minute, after the final checks were done by Jane. A disaster averted at the last I think.
Finally, their monthly statements are easy to read and understand and the money is in the bank when you expect it. So all in all, 10 out 10 from me.”
